Core is built for operators with up to 30 faces — you get the full campaign and proof workflow, contracts, CRM, and CSV import. Operator adds the proposal builder, installer upload links, and priority support, and scales to 100 boards. If you're at 30+ faces or expect to grow there, Operator is the right call.

You'll see a clear prompt to upgrade when you try to add a board beyond your plan's limit. Your existing boards, campaigns, and data are never affected or hidden.

Yes. Go to Settings → Billing and click "Open billing portal" to cancel in-app. You'll keep access until the end of the billing period — no proration, no fees.
